Furthermore, there was a concerning case reported back in 2009 of liver failure after use of garcinia cambogia. (20)

Also, if you take more than 3g of acetyl l-carnitine per day it could lead to: nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps and diarrhea. (21)

There is always the potential for interactions between ingredients and existing prescription medication. Therefore it advisable to check with your doctor if this applies to you.

Recommended Dosage

Leanmode recommended dosage is to take 3 capsules with a full glass of water, twice a day, 30 minutes before meals.
